How these free patterns work
Each page is a single 29 × 29 pegboard. Download the small PDF, or click through to the maker if you want a larger grid. Colours are matched to a community Perler 5 mm list and are approximate. The tool is unofficial and is not affiliated with Perler, Hama or Artkal.
Frequently asked questions
Where can I find free perler bead patterns?
Here. Each pattern has a picture, a colour list and a free PDF. There is no sign-up. You can also turn your own photo into a pattern with the maker on this site.
Are the drawings copied from games or cartoons?
No. Every pattern is original pixel art drawn as beads. Titles use generic names (for example “blue hedgehog”) and avoid trademarked character names.
Can I download a perler bead pattern PDF?
Yes. Each pattern page has a free complete PDF with its original grid and colour list. The index of printable files is /patterns/pdf. Photo conversions in the maker also get full tiled PDFs with colour codes and bead counts, without a watermark or payment.
What board size do these use?
Each ready-made pattern fits one 29 × 29 pegboard. Count the pegs on the board you own; 29 is the default in the maker, not a measured size for every brand.
Are the Perler colours official?
No. Codes come from a community dataset (maxcleme/beadcolors, MIT). Compare them with your beads. The site is unofficial and is not affiliated with Perler, Hama or Artkal.
